Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions for The Cosy Club. We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in line with our returns policy.

Once you place an order you will receive an order notification email. When an order is ready to be shipped a dispatch will be confirmed via email.

Delivery Charges
All orders will incur a delivery charge of £4.00 within the UK which will be via signed for delivery. Delivery charges to mainland Europe will be £12.50, £19.50 to US and £16.50 to Australia all of which are signed for delivery. If you are ordering from a country outside of the ones stated above then please email us at to discuss delivery charges. These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your order/s has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes
As we are only a startup, the lead times may be longer than you are used to. We appreciate your patience but it will be worth the wait. Approximate delivery times are currently 10 days for UK. Items are purchased on a buy to order basis. Should no one be present at the time of delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local post office. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.

As you are aware, The Cosy Club is a small startup business therefore we are not holding stock. Items are purchased on a buy to order basis. We understand the importance of first class customer service and we want you to be happy with how your clothing fits. We have provided a sizing guide as well as heights and sizes of models so you can purchase the correct fit for the look you are going for. We are currently unable to accept refund requests due to the high production costs. Once your order has been dispatched the item becomes non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

In the instance where you chose the wrong size or colour then we can offer an exchange for you within 14 days of receiving your goods. In order to do this please e-mail to initiate the exchange procedure. Please note, you will have to pay postage fees for the returning item as well as the new item. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

Faulty Goods
We hope that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item as every piece of clothing is hand checked and packaged with care before being posted to you. However if you feel that there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at so that we can personally assist you and rectify the problem as quickly as possible. The Cosy Club will reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if your item is faulty or has been packaged incorrectly.
